The famous chef Daniel Boulud expands his empire with new companies at Premiere Nyc Skyscrapers

Michelin star chef, Daniel Boulud, launches new companies in two of the most precious skyscrapers in New York city: an expansion that hits with a push of companies to attract workers to the office five days a week.

Boulud, the culinary empire of the great apple includes Haunts of high gamma Daniel, Le Pavillon, Joji Ny, Le Gratin and La Tête d’Or-It’s opening a space of events in One Vanderbilt and a restaurant cuisine in One Madison, has learned the side dish.

The openings occur in the middle of a national return to the push of the office, led by the companies in New York, as Steve Cuozzo of the publication previously reported.

“Office restoration is a daily comfort that has been a way to attract people again,” Boulud said in an exclusive interview with Side Dish.

A Vanderbilt, a 1,401 feet high that goes back to the nearby Chrysler building, and a Madison, a slender masterpiece that is 641 feet, is at the helm of this movement.

The two office buildings were developed by the Green real estate giant. A Vanderile, opened by 2021, is 100%rented. A Madison, which opened last year, has reserved rapidly and landed high -profile tenants, including IBM, Franklin Templeton and the Golden Tete.

Buildings SL Green show “a commitment not only to hospitality, but also to make sure that the buildings are multipurpose with amazing views and amazing spaces dedicated to creating events as to turning restaurants into event spaces,” said Boulud.

The Events of Summit, which opens on July 1, will be located on the 72nd Vanderile floor and includes an interior and exterior space for cocktail receptions, formal dinners, business conferences, weddings, brand activations and outbreaks and fashion shows.

Its design reflects the summit, the observatory approaching the floors from 91 to 93rd and has reflective panels, art facilities and panoramic views of the city.

“We believe that there are always large groups that need to have meetings, then dinner, then a later game, and this space is really perfect for it,” Boulud said in an exclusive interview with the side dish.

“We can offer personalization of the menus of our restaurants, this is the beauty and novelty of Boulud’s cuisine,” said Boulud. Tired of caviar, on top. Courtesy of Cuisine Boulud New York

“Design is striking, with mirrors. They create a lot of life and energy.”

The guests who reserve the Summit event space will also get access to the fun observation covers as previous houses.

But, unlike the summit of mirrors, the guests of the space of private events can sport their heels and dance the night.

“It’s good that it is not a residential building. No noise problems if there is a band or 200 people dancing, you can increase the volume because there are offices below,” said Boulud.

Summit Events is a collaboration between Summit One Vanderbilt and Cuisine Boulud New York, which is a collaboration between Boulud’s Dinx Hospitality and Lifeworks Group.

“Summit is the jewel of a vanderbilt crown. We are happy to collaborate with chef Daniel and Boulud New York cuisine to introduce the most recent destination for New York City event,” said Marc Holliday, President and CEO of SL Green.

While Boulud has attended to events for more than 30 years, he has based on his cuisine in Daniel. Expansion means that it can also attend large -scale events and corporate orders, along with intimate dinners.

Customers already include corporate parties for major companies such as Franklin Templeon, Bridgewater Associates, Carnegie Hall, Tiffany & Co., Aston Martin and Rolls-Royce, along with weddings and other special events.

Restoration options will include the menus of all Boulud restaurants in New York.

“We can offer personalization of the menus of our restaurants, this is the beauty and novelty of Boulud’s cuisine,” said Boulud.

CBNY is also the exclusive catering of Le Jardin Sur Madison, a new interior/outdoor space with impressive views of One Madison.

Joji Ny sushi and epiceria breakfasts are popular options for luxury corporate meetings.

“It is an advantage of the companies that make people feel valued, it is better to stay home safely,” Boulud said.
