Dining experts have just cooked a list of the best restaurants in the world.
The 50 best restaurants in the world 2025 have been revealed, reaching 22 world destinations chosen by 1,120 international catering industry experts, including food writers and chefs.
Ten points exploded on the list for the first time, while four re -entered the ranking.
Maido, directed by the owner of the chef Mitsuharu ‘Micha’ Tsumura, has been named the best restaurant in the world 2025.
The restaurant in Lima, Peru, jumped to the top of the fifth place on last year’s list.
The meal restaurant is called a Japanese greeting and is the first thing the diners will feel about the Tsumura team when they enter to enjoy their meal.
Tsumura’s family came to Peru in 1889. He opened his restaurant in 2009 in the city where he was born and continued to create innovative offers that combine Japanese techniques and Peruvian ingredients: a fusion known as Nikkei Cuisine.
It focuses on local ingredients and updates the menu as the stations change.
The tasting menu offers more than 10 courses and has included delicacies such as triple, a combination of avocado, eggs, tomato and chashu (arm of arm pork); Caracoles on the Sillao (soy sauce), sea snails, with yellow chiles and nikkei sauce; Ramen of squid with Amazon sausage, duck dumpling, nigiri and much more.
The diners can also choose between a menu of the menu full of seasonal products and a capture of the day.
Enjoy in Barcelona, who took place number 1 last year, did not reappear in the ranking this year.
NYC made the list with Michelin star atomix at number 12 in the world and number 1 in North America this year.
The Korean dining site has been eliminated at various points on its place at number 6 last year.
Murray Hill’s restaurant is led by Chef Junghyun “JP” Park and his wife, Ellia, who have been specifically prominent for his attention to detail, such as serving each acclaimed element in beautiful ceramics.
Lima clearly serves some dining service. Four restaurants in the city made the list in total – no. 1 Maido, no. 9 Kjolle, no. 26 Mérito and no. 39 Mayta.
